Rentals are billed in 2-week increments, with minimum fees applying, and extensions available per your physician's medical necessity. Most people start with the cold-therapy window their surgeon suggests, tell us your surgery date on the form and we'll help you plan it. Common questions
Does the wrap work with a sling?
The shoulder wraps are designed to fit the shoulder and stay in place. When we call you after your enquiry, we'll confirm sizing and fit, including which side (left or right) and size range (S/M or L/XL) you need.
Can I sleep with it running?
Yes, overnight use is supported, and the temperature holds where you set it, so you're not waking up to a wrap full of melted ice.
How long should I rent after shoulder surgery?
Rentals bill in 2-week increments, with extensions available per your physician's medical necessity. Tell us your surgery date and we'll help you plan.
Do I need a prescription to rent?
No. There's an optional prescription field on the form, and we'll walk you through any WCB or insurance questions when we call.
