Rentals are billed in 2-week increments, with minimum fees applying, and extensions available per your physician's medical necessity. Most people start with the cold-therapy window their surgeon suggests, tell us your surgery date on the form and we'll help you plan it. Common questions
What's the difference between the wrist wrap and the Hand Mitt?
The Hand/Wrist Universal wraps (S/M and L/XL) cover the wrist and lower hand; the Hand Mitt encloses the whole hand. We'll help you pick the right one when we call.
Can I use it over a dressing or splint?
Ask your surgeon, protocols differ on whether cold therapy runs over dressings. We'll confirm fit and setup when we call you.
How long should I rent?
Rentals bill in 2-week increments, with extensions per physician medical necessity.
Do I need a prescription to rent?
