How the NICE1 works
One device, two jobs: a steady, chosen temperature, and selectable compression — run together, for the length of a session.
The mechanism
A held temperature, not a melting one
A basic ice pack or reservoir cooler starts cold and drifts warm as the ice melts — the temperature you get depends on how long ago you filled it. The NICE1 circulates water at one of five set temperatures, 42–58°F, and holds it there for the whole session. The argument is control and consistency, never more cold: the NICE1 itself only reaches 42°F.
Cold
Five settings, 42–58°F, held steady rather than starting cold and warming as ice melts.
Compression
Three pressure levels — 13, 26 or 39 mmHg — through the wrap matched to your body area.

How does the NICE1 stay cold without ice?
A built-in cooling unit circulates water at your chosen temperature, held steady the whole session — five settings between 42°F and 58°F. There is nothing to refill.
How does the compression work?
The same unit drives a wrap fitted to your body area, selectable across three pressure levels: 13, 26 or 39 mmHg.
Do I need a prescription?
No. The NICE1 does not require a physician’s prescription, unlike Game Ready.
How much water does it need?
One cup, once, for the whole rental. No ice, no refills.
